Online training was held in Iakob Gogebashvili Telavi State University within the framework of the project co-financed by the European Commission. The training, entitled "Adaptation of the National Curriculum for Students with Language, Speech and Communication Disorders", was conducted by Shorena Dzamukashvili, Associate Professor of the Faculty of Education Sciences, Project CISI Trainer, and Maka Kochauri, Doctor of Education Sciences, Institutional Manager of the CISI Project. Special teachers of partner public schools of the university attended the meeting. The international project CISI, co-financed by the European Commission, "Innovations in the Curriculum to Support Social Engagement," has been implemented at Telavi State University since 2019. Within the framework of the project, three new courses were introduced at Telavi State University, Faculty of Education Sciences, and two short-term trainings were developed. The main goal of the project, in order to improve the quality of inclusive education, is to increase the social involvement of people with disabilities and disabled people in schools.
