On October 10-14, 2022, within the framework of the European Union Erasmus + project DITECH (Developing and Implementing Technology-Enhanced Teaching and Learning at Georgian HEIs), the second meeting of the trainers was held for the representatives of the National Center for Teachers’ Professional Development, the academic staff of Georgian universities participating in the project in Kaunas (Lithuania).

Two academic and one administrative staff attended the mentioned trainings from Iakob Gogebashvili Telavi State University.

Practical seminars and workshops were led by representatives of Kaunas University. The purpose of the training was to teach online instructors how to create, plan, implement and evaluate online educational courses.

Within the framework of the visit, the participants had the opportunity to familiarize themselves with and get involved in the practical virtual reality activities introduced during their studies at the Kaunas University of Technology.

The training participants also actively familiarized themselves with various online learning platforms, which, to a large extent, ensures the maximum involvement of students in the online learning environment.
