The LLL course developed within the framework of the RURD project funded by the European Commission took place on June 9, 2022. It was attended by the teachers and students of College "Prestige", in addition to the representatives of Telavi State University.

Within the framework of the course "Strategic Planning of the Organization", the participants learned about the process of writing the strategic development plan of the organization, the ways of doing the SWOT analysis of the organization, how to monitor the implementation of the strategic development plan, evaluate the implementation of the plan and, if necessary, the ways and  procedures of updating and making changes.

The purpose of the course was for the participants to learn how to determine the organization values, mission and vision, what steps should be taken to develop the organization strategy, how to monitor the implementation of the strategic plan, so that the goals and objectives outlined in the strategic development plan are successfully achieved. Attendance certificates are prepared for the participants of the course.
