New partnership relations have been established between Iakob Gogebashvili Telavi State University and Polytechnic University of Milan. The parties planned future exchange programmes and joint researches during the visit to Italy paid by TeSaU Rector Irma Shioshvili, Head of International Relations Office Tamar Aslanishvili and other administrative staff.

The meeting was attended by the Head of Food Technologies Department from the University of Milan, Professor Antonio Tirelli. In the future, under the joint exchange programme, the professor will work with Telavi State University academic staff along with other representatives of the Faculty of Agrarian Sciences.

Meetings were held at the University of Tuscia as well, where the parties spoke about the consolidation and expansion of already-existing interrelations. Business conversations have been arranged with Tuscia University International Relations Office staff and Professors of the Faculty of Agrarian Sciences.

Iakob Gogebashvili Telavi State University representatives, within the framework of EU funded ERASMUS+ international credit mobility  KA 107 project, have been to Italy from May 29th to June 5th.
