On 22nd of March, 2021 coaching of the second module – Microbiology – prepared within the framework of the European Commission funded project VITAGLOBAL, was arranged for Iakob Gogebashvili Telavi State University staff. The name of the course is “New Tendencies in Microbiology, Wine Ageing and Wine Safety”.
The coaching was leaded by the representative of the project partner University of Bordeaux, Pierre-Louis Teissedre. The syllabus, that was jointly worked out by the project partners of Georgia, Argentina, Chile and Uruguay, was discussed during the meeting.
The abovementioned course, prepared under the project, will be offered to the MA students of Viticulture-Winemaking from the autumn term 2021.
VITAGLOBAL is the EC co-funded project that provides internationalization of the Viticulture-Winemaking MA program. Except for the European partners (Spain, France, Portugal) the Universities of Latin America (Argentina, Chile, Uruguay) and South Africa are the project members as well.
