Project Title:  "Study, analysis and development of research tools of tourism industry services of Telavi Municipality"

Project goal: The project aims to study and analyse the quality of tourism industry services in Telavi municipality; identify existing problems and develop suitable and relevant recommendations based on the project outcomes for the purpose of improving quality of tourism sector services as well as promoting the sustainable development of the local economy. In addition, in the framework of the project we are planning to purchase hotel management software “OPERA” which will be used for the training of Tesau tourism programme students.
