Iakob Gogebashvili Telavi State University will be involved in another project funded by the European Commission from January 2021. The project - “Developing and Implementing Technology-Enhanced Teaching and Learning at Georgian HEIs – DITECH” - goal is to improve the quality of higher education at Georgian universities through the development and implementation of technology-enhanced teaching and learning.
Along with Iakob Gogebashvili Telavi State University the project partners are as follows: Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University (consortium leading partner), Ilia State University, other Georgian leading universities, Higher Educational Institutions of Estonia, Lithuania and Ireland.
Developing new innovative programs, trainings for improving digital competency and skills for academic staff, diversification of knowledge conveying methods, amongst, online/hybrid teaching, - these and other issues were emphasized during the online meeting on September 10th. Georgian partners spoke about future plans as well.
