Within the framework of the project VITAGLOBAL, co-funded by the European Commission, the second meeting was held at the University of Porto, Portugal on May 1-4. The meeting was attended by Iakob Gogebashvili Telavi State University Head of International Relations Office, Tamar Aslanishvili and Dean of the Faculty of Agrarian Sciences, Manana Kevlishvili.

Groups working on modules have been established during the meeting. Telavi State University will work in two groups for making modules in microbiology and economics. The mentioned modules will be included in the joint programme that has been developed along with the project partner universities.  

A strategic document, promoting joint programme introduction, should be developed under the project as well.

The next meeting around the project is planned to be held in Chile.
