Students Developed Community Action Plans within the PROVE Project

On May 11–13, 2026, Caucasus University hosted an international workshop organized within the framework of the Erasmus+ project PROVE. Representatives of partner universities and organizations, trainers, and pre-selected students participated in the event.

Each partner organization was represented by five students who worked collaboratively to identify challenges within their communities and develop Community Action Plans aimed at addressing those issues.

The three-day program included both theoretical and practical sessions. Participants discussed the importance of youth projects, Service Learning, and the VaKE methodology in the process of planning community-oriented activities. The program also featured experience-sharing sessions, discussions, and self-reflection activities.

The main part of the workshop was dedicated to group work, during which students identified the most pressing issues in their communities and developed concrete action plans. At the final stage, the student groups presented their Community Action Plans and shared their experiences with one another.

The event was officially opened by Tamar Aslanishvili, Head of International Relations at TESAU, while the closing session focused on summarizing the workshop outcomes and discussing prospects for future cooperation.

The project is funded by the European Union within the framework of the Erasmus+ Programme.
