The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of Italy satisfied TeSaU requirement for finance renewal and appropriated funds for supporting Italian language teaching.  It was mentioned by Antonio Enrico Bartoli, the Italian Ambassador in Georgia, during the Italian Room opening ceremony at Telavi State University on October 14th. 

Iakob Gogebashvili Telavi State University students and professor-teachers will study Italian language without any charge.

Along with the University Rector Irma Shioshvili the Ambassador met with the Italian exchange program participant students.  Antonio Enrico Bartoli spoke about firm relation prospects between Telavi State University and Italian Universities. 
Afterwards, the Italian Ambassador in Georgia and TeSaU Rector attended the International Music Festival at Telavi.
