On December 4, a study visit to “Tsivi Cheese” was organized within the framework of the Business Challenge. Representatives of all three working groups, together with the trainers, visited the company.
During the visit, students were introduced to the cheese production process, manufacturing technologies, and product labeling practices. They toured the working facilities and learned about safety and quality standards, as well as practical examples of product marketing and distribution.
As part of the meeting, the company’s director presented the company’s mission, development vision, and future plans, emphasizing the importance of maintaining sanitary and hygiene standards in the production process.
Throughout the visit, students presented their innovative and creative ideas, asked questions, and shared recommendations with the company representatives. The visit concluded with a tasting of the company’s products.
