The Business Challenge was implemented within the framework of the ENRICHER Hub at Telavi State University. The initiative aimed to develop students’ practical skills, deepen their experience in working on real business challenges, and connect academic knowledge with real-world practice.

The first day of the event, December 2, took place at the ENRICHER Hub of Telavi State University. Participating students were introduced to the goals and objectives of the ENRICHER Hub and attended a presentation delivered by a representative of the partner company, followed by a question-and-answer session.

Trainers provided practical guidance on how to approach and solve business challenges based on a real company case. This was followed by group work, during which students were divided into three working groups: “Burgundy,” “Green,” and “Yellow.”

Based on social media research and an analysis of the company’s activities, each group prepared a SWOT analysis, developed a Research Wall, and delivered a final presentation.
