On October 12-19, 2022, members of the Tesau project of the international project ESTA ("Educating Science Teachers for All") - coordinator-professor Nino Modebadze, Assoc. Professor Tamar Mikeladze and invited Dr. Natia Bagatrishvili, as part of their academic tour, visited the Bernal Institute of the University of Limerick (Ireland) and the University of Ludwigsburg (Germany). Project members visited and worked in teaching laboratories, attended the Irish Science Teachers' Conference (Limerick) and public school science classes (Ludwigsburg). During the visit, time was also devoted to explaining new teaching methods (CLIL method, research-based teaching, connection between culture and natural science), theoretical foundations and their advantages, and discussing relevant modern researches.

The practical value and importance of the academic tour is reflected in the new training module developed under the ESTA project and in the integrated undergraduate and graduate teacher training courses.
