TSU International School of Economics (ISET) has been offering students an international model of e-learning based on the latest technologies since March 16. Interactive online lectures in pilot mode started today. Rector of Tbilisi State University Giorgi Sharvashidze and Head of the International School of Economics Tamar Skhulukhia attended the start of the e-learning process.
The process includes the use of synchronous and asynchronous elements of e-learning through zoom, smartboard and webinar.
During interactive lectures, students will have the opportunity to ask questions and participate in class discussions and debates.
The online platform allows simultaneous transmission of lectures to up to 300 students (the so-called live stream). Smartboards have the function of sharing the board and lecture material online.
An online meeting was also held at the Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University on the issue of the achievements and challenges of inclusive education in the country, - Curriculum Innovation for Social Inclusion (CISI) Consortium meeting was held. Involvement of representatives of different regions of Georgia.
The meetings took place in an online format, in which Iakob Gogebashvili Telavi State University also participated.
