On 13 February 2026, partners of the PROVE project held an online coordination meeting in preparation for the upcoming study visit in Florina, Greece. The meeting brought together representatives from all partner universities to review key organizational and academic matters related to the project’s ongoing activities.
During the meeting, participants discussed the final agenda of the Florina study visit, ensuring that the planned sessions would effectively address the objectives of the project. Particular attention was given to several urgent deliverables, their timelines, and the responsibilities of the partner institutions involved.
Another important point of discussion was the timing and implementation of the already developed course piloting. Partners exchanged updates on piloting activities and coordinated the next steps to ensure a smooth and timely launch of the courses across participating institutions.
In addition, the hosts from the University of Western Macedonia shared practical information regarding the organization of the upcoming visit in Florina, including logistical arrangements and local coordination details.
The meeting served as an important opportunity for partners to align their activities, clarify outstanding tasks, and ensure effective preparation for the forthcoming study visit in Greece.
