On November 19, 2024, a national meeting was successfully held in Georgia within the framework of the European Commission-funded PROVE project. The meeting brought together Georgian partner institutions actively engaged in the implementation of the initiative.
The discussions focused on the project’s main work package, clarifying the roles and responsibilities of each participating institution, and ensuring effective coordination among partners. Particular attention was given to planning upcoming activities and preparing for the next in-person consortium meeting. Participants also reviewed timelines, deliverables, and reporting procedures to ensure smooth and timely implementation of the project objectives.
The meeting served as an important platform for strengthening cooperation among Georgian higher education institutions and reinforcing their commitment to achieving the project’s goals. It also provided an opportunity to exchange ideas, align expectations, and enhance institutional capacities in line with the project framework. As part of the project, similar national meeting is scheduled to take place in Armenia involving partner higher education institutions.
The PROVE project is coordinated by Iakob Gogebashvili Telavi State University, demonstrating its leading role in promoting academic collaboration, innovation, and regional development through international partnership initiatives supported by the European Commission.
