On the fourth day, the trainers and representatives of all three working groups presented the outcomes of the study visit to the “Tsivi Cheese” company to the remaining group members. Participants shared their impressions and key observations from the visit.
Together with the trainers, the practical experience gained during the visit was reviewed and analyzed. All three groups drew parallels between the proposals they had developed and the company director’s vision, identifying both points of alignment and differences between theoretical approaches and practical experience.
