At Telavi State University, a public lecture on the topic “The Human Place in the Food Chain – from the Perspective of Food Product Technology” was delivered by gastroenterologist, hepatologist, and infectious disease specialist Dr. Shota Rainauli.

Dr. Rainauli shared his professional knowledge with students and academic staff about the processes that determine the impact of nutrients on human health, including enzymatic and microbiological mechanisms.

The lecture was conducted in an interactive format, allowing students to ask questions of interest and receive professional recommendations.

The event was organised at the initiative of Lali Elanidze, Doctor of Food Technology at Telavi State University.
