Ambassador of Hungary, Anna Maria Siko, and advisor of the Prime Minister of Hungary, Dr. Istvan Stumpf, were at Iakob Gogebashvili Telavi State University.

Istvan Stumpf is a former judge of the Constitutional Court and former rector of one of Hungary's leading universities.

Rector of Telavi State University, Shalva Tchkadua hosted the guests.

At the introductory meeting, the parties talked about the Georgian wine technology, the university's achievements and opportunities in this direction.

The Dean of the Faculty of Agrarian, Natural Sciences and Technologies, Levan Shavadze, showed the guests the laboratories and the wine cellar financed within the framework of the DUGEOR international project.

Tasting of wine and chacha (Georgian alcoholic drink) made with the technology of university master's students took place at the cellar.
