The Faculty of Humanities at Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University is holding an International Symposium for Young Scholars in the Humanities. The goals of this symposium are to foster and promote the research of young scholars, and to engage Humanities and Kartvelologian Studies in international academic discourse.

Specialized thematic forums, as well as workshops, will be held within the framework of the Young Scholars International Symposium. The theme of the first forum is translation. The symposium will address both specialized and interdisciplinary scholarly issues. PhD students and young scholars are invited to participate in the symposium. The symposium will be held on November 20-23, 2017.
