Girls Leading Our World, GLOW, is a non-profit organization based in Tbilisi. GLOW Georgia's mission is to reach out to girls in Georgia, particularly in under-served communities, to educate and empower them to develop their leadership skills and realize equal opportunities. They do this by conducting summer camps, winter camps, ambassador programs and other projects.
Secondly, students have the opportunity to participate in the camps as counselors to the youth at the summer camps. Counselors are typically university students with an interest in helping educate girls to see their leadership potential.
