Summer School (leading organization – Ilia State University, co-leading organization – Iakob Gogebashvili Telavi State University) with the financial support of Shota Rustaveli National Science Foundation will take place at Iakob Gogebashvili Telavi State University on July 23-27, 2016.
The head of the School is Ilia State University Associate Professor Malkhaz Makashvili.
The School is provided for students with the specialization – Sociology, Psychology and Biology (Physiology).
The project aims to promote interdisciplinary education of young scientists.
The School covers the following topics:
- Interdisciplinary lectures: behavior as the whole phenomenon (integration of physiology, psychology, sociology experiences);
- Discussion of physiological, psychological, sociological methods used for studying behavior and students’ training in using these methods, collecting data and analysis;
- Human behavior correction method: psychoanalytical session,its peculiarities, method of implementation, case survey;
- Medical aspects of studying human behavior, its relation with social, physiological and psychological phenomena;
- Interdisciplinary conference: students’ scientific conference is planned under the Summer School. The participants will present their works according to the fields.
Students from the leading universities of Georgia are taking part in the School programme (10 students from each educational institution).
Selected works will be presented by the students at the conference.
