PhD student Mehmet Tahir Tekin defended dissertation at Iakob Gogebashvili Telavi State University Faculty of Educational Sciences on January 12. The title of the dissertation work is “Research of Effectiveness of Preparation Courses of FEM Academy (Frat Educational Center) in Erzurum on the Education System and Labor Market of Turkey (academic supervisor – Professor Nino Modebadze).
The research goal is to find out the strategies and approaches of educational activities of FEM Academy, which define the high quality of the Academy.
The scientific novelty of the research is that this kind of systematic research of the above-mentioned academy has not been conducted. Thus, we think that the mentioned work is not only on the problems of life-long learning and corporate teaching for the researchers and education workers as a guide, but also for the founders of the FEM academy.
Mehmet Tahir Tekin was awarded the academic degree of the Doctor of Education.
