On the initiative of Iakob Gogebashvili Telavi State University Faculty of Humanities, Department of Georgian Language and Literature presentation of the educational program “Georgian, as the Second Language for Ethnic Minority School-Leavers” was made at Karajala Public School on February 27. Professors from the Department of Georgian Philology: Roin Tchikadze and Nana Rcheulishvili spoke about the program. The supervisor of the educational program Mariam Tsiskarishvili introduced the program extensively to the Karajala school pupils and mentioned the program participants’ successes.
The pupils expressed great interest and a desire for participating in the abovementioned program.
