Exposition of the American Photographer and Ethnographer, Edward Curtis, took place at Iakob Gogebashvili Telavi State University on November 1.  The exposition covered the photos and posters depicting American Indian’s life.

Edward Sheriff Curtis discovered the cultural variety and wealth of the North American inhabitants’ 100 years ago.

Local Indian’s culture with rich spiritual rituals and different costumes were presented at the exposition the organizer of which is American Corner in Telavi.

Edward Curtis has been working on the project for 20 years and he took about 40 000 photos.
