Korean Republic Embassy displayed a Korean film at Iakob Gogebashvili Telavi State University on May 18.
The film “Welcome to Dongmakgol” deals with the Korean War when the USA army entered to Incheon in 1950. The inhabitants of one of the small village, who have never seen the weapon, are against hostilities in their country.
The mentioned South Korean film was presented for the first time at New York Asian Cinema Festival by the Cinema Metropolitan in 2006.
Movie Screening was attended by Korean Republic Embassy Attaché Kim Bo Mi, Telavi State University Deputy Rector Aleksandre Mosiashvili, TeSaU students and staff.
The aim of the event was to consolidate cultural and international relations between Korean Republic Embassy and Telavi State University.
