On November 14-15, 2024, the Georgian Institute of Public Affairs (GIPA) hosted the fourth work package meeting within the framework of the DUGEOR project, funded by the European Commission. The primary objective of the meeting was to assess the progress made in developing a legal and strategic framework for the implementation of dual higher education, including proposed amendments to the Law on Higher Education.
The second day focused on reviewing updates to the accreditation criteria and discussing dissemination strategies to ensure effective communication of the project's outcomes.
The meeting was led by Serbian partners, with active contributions from various stakeholders.
The workshop was attended by key representatives, including the Rector of Telavi State University, Professor ShalvaTchkadua, highlighting the institution's commitment to advancing dual higher education in Georgia.
