Tourism Department representatives from Munich University of Applied Sciences, Germany visited Iakob Gogebashvili Telavi State University on May 30th.

During the presentation, taken place at TeSaU, German MA students spoke about Munich landmarks and the leading universities existing in the city. German higher education system, educational programmes, partner universities and top-rated faculties were emphasized.  The fields of architecture, engineering and information technologies were outlined in that regard.

As it was mentioned during the meeting, German students and professors work on the research project that studies tourism development perspectives in villages. Under the abovementioned project, before visiting Telavi State University, they carried out an investigation in Kakheti region villages as well.

The presentation, arranged at TeSaU, was attended by the University Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs, Aleksandre Mosiashvili, International Relations Office staff, professors and students.
