Online Working Meeting under the Project LOVEDISTANCE

Online meeting within the framework of the EC co-funded project LOVEDISTANCE (Learning Optimization and Academic  Inclusion Via Equitative  Distance Teaching  and  Learning) was carried out on April 27th, 2020. The online meeting was initiated by the project coordinator University of Porto. The meeting covered  the management-related problems and challenges set up on the basis of the existing reality worldwide. The project partner university representatives also spoke about the questionnaires that look into the attitude of students and academic staff from different universities towards distance teaching. Within the framework of the project, a document of policy is being developed where the Georgian supporting mechanisms connected to distance teaching will be clearly demonstrated in point of special population students.  

Before the mentioned meeting, Georgian university representatives carried out several online workshops with the purpose of preparing the abovementioned questionnaires.

The project LOVEDISTANCE  is co-funded by the European Commission. Its aim is to enhance procedures and mechanisms necessary for distance teaching in higher educational institutions of Georgia and Israel. The project European partners are the universities of Portugal, Spain and Romania.
