On June 23, dissertation defense of Saffet Bayraktutan took place at Iakob Gogebashvili Telavi State University faculty of Education Sciences. The title of the dissertation was “The Concept of the Supportive Information Technologies in the Effective Management and Control of Teaching Quality in Secondary Schools” (scientific supervisor: Professor Guram Chachanidze).

The title of the dissertation was “The Role of Formal and Informal Letters in Development of Writing Culture (While Teaching General English at Higher Education Institutions)”.
