A training – “Action Research at School” – took place at Iakob Gogebashvili Telavi State University Faculty of Education Sciences on October 13th.
During the meeting it was mentioned that, nowadays, education system faces numerous challenges. At this stage, school will be able to make effective changes if cooperation among schools and society, universities, social organizations and youth groups is enhanced.
Civic Development Institute (CDI), in cooperation with World Vision and the European Union financial support, implements the project – “School Youth Networks of Collaboration for Sustainable Solutions (SYNCS)” , that aims to help youths being actively involved in the solution of local problems.
Under the project, a conference “Action Research at School” is also taking place at TeSaU on October 14th, in which the University Rector, professors, students, public school directors, teachers and pupils will be involved.
Action researches, implemented within the framework of the project, their outcomes and experience will be presented at the conference.
