International Scientific-Practical Conference “National Economics in the Conditions of Global and Local Transformation” was held at Iakob Gogebashvili Telavi State University on May 5.

The conference was opened by TeSaU Deputy Rector, Aleksandre Mosiashvili who greeted the participants.

Along with Telavi State University faculty of Social Sciences, Business and Law the conference participants were also the representatives of Georgian, French, Russian Federation and Armenian higher educational institutions.

Conference reports covered new economical reality, reforms, problems of sustainable development of economics, interests of economic sciences, actual aspects of modernization and etc.

The International conference was opened in Yerevan on May 1. Conference participants are going to meet Georgian National University (SEU) professor-teachers and students on May 6. And the final meeting “Round Table” – “Agrarian Economics and Ecotourism in the Conditions of Bio Economy”  is taking place at “Bioagro” Center in Tbilisi on May 7.
