Iakob Gogebashvili Telavi State University III course student of the faculty of Social Sciences, Business and Law, Mariam Otiuridze became the winner of 2015-2016 “Mevlana” exchange program financed by Turkish government. 
Now she is at Rize University and will stay there for one semester under the abovementioned exchange program.
“Mevlana” exchange program gives opportunity to the higher educational institutions in Turkey and abroad to implement students’ and professor-teachers’ mobility. “Mevlana” exchange program, in compare with other exchange ones, covers all worldwide higher educational institutions without regional distinction.
