Supervisor of Teachers Preparation Programme in Science, Doctor Dvora Katchevich from Weizmann Institute of Science conducted a public lecture on September 22nd at Iakob Gogebashvili Telavi State University.
The subject of the lecture was “Students’ Conference as a Tool for Promotion of Teachers and Students”.
Rector of Israel Institute of Science spoke about the importance of scientific conferences. What is necessary for participation in the conferences? What is plenary session and sectional work? These issues were discussed in the form of a dialogue.
According to Dvora Katchevich, scientific conferences are quite essential for students, as well as lecturers and for the development of the fields covered by the conferences.
