Dissertation Board of Iakob Gogebashvili Telavi State University Faculty of Humanities conferred Tinatin Beriashvili the Academic Degree of the Doctor of Philology.

Dissertation Board reviewed Tinatin Beriashvili’s dissertation work – “Lexical-Semantic Aspects of Linguoculturological Concept “Wine” in Georgian and French Phraseological Units” on July 15th, 2016. (Academic supervisors: Doctor of Philological Sciences, Professor Nunu Geldiashvili; Doctor of Philological Sciences, Professor-Emeritus Tsiuri Akhvlediani). 

The goal of the dissertation work is to study-analyze lexical-semantic aspects of lunguoculturological concept “Wine” on the basis of Georgian and French materials.  Revealing-defining lexical-semantic aspects and analyzing them in contrastive standpoint, as well as revealing isomorphisms and alomorphisms and defining general universals.
