24 September 2020, an online kick off meeting of the European Union Black Sea Basin Cross Border Cooperation Project- Smart farming was hosted by the leading partner of the PIERIKI ANAPTIXIAKI S.A. -Local Development Agency leading represented by the head Konstantin C. Zapounidies.  The first consortium meeting was devoted to project financial and administrative tasks, also the project internal quality mechanisms and the dissemination strategy that will be implemented in the project life time. 

The meeting were attended by the international partner universities and organizations: BSB 5 other partner countries such as: Business Agency Association, Bulgaria, Fund “Investment Support Center”- Armenia,  "Dunarea de Jos" University of Galati  (UDJG) Romania, Iakob Gogebashvili Telavi State University, Georgia,  Business Advisort Center, Moldova:
