II International Youth Conference will be held in Stepanakert City (Khankendi) on 14-17 September of 2017. The title of the conference is “Problems and Perspectives of International recognizing of Nagorno-Karabakh”. The conference is organized by the Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh region of Azerbaijan) Unity of Youth Scholars with the support of Ministry Youth and Sport of the Republic of Armenia.
