What must the student have at the semester examination?
At the semester examination the student must have student’s card or ID card.
In what case is the student admitted to the repeated examination?
For passing the repeated examination the student must gain minimum 41 points during the semester and at the final examination.
In case of not attending the final examination, what must the student do?
If the student hasn’t come to the final examination for some pardonable reason (e.g. sickness), he/she must appeal to the Dean’s Office with a statement and enclose the proper notification. In that case the student may be admitted to pass the examination at the additional sessional period.
What is forbidden for the student during the examination period?
During the semester examination it is forbidden:
• To have a mobile phone, pager, headset;
• To use auxiliary materials at the examination – books, notes, the so-called “cheat-sheets”;
• To talk, to give or receive help, to disturb other students.
To whom must the student appeal, if he/she has any problems during the examination?
In case of having any problems the student must appeal to the invigilator/ plenipotentiary person of the Examination Centre.
In what case will the student be warned/dismissed during the examination process?
• In case of annulling the requirements provided under the regulation of conducting semester exams the student will be warned, and in case of repetition, he/she will be dismissed from the exam;
• The student will be warned if the invigilator/plenipotentiary person of the Examination Centre finds out the so-called “cheat-sheet” during the examination;
• In case of making trouble or insulting the invigilator or any person being involved in the examination process the student will be instantly dismissed from the exam. Dismissed student’s work won’t be checked.
In what terms are the examination results published?
Semester examination results are published during 7 working days after the examination process.
When is the student given a credit in the subject?
The student is given a credit in the subject if the total points gained during the semester comprise minimum 51 points.
