About Us

Telavi State University Finance Department (afterwards the Department) is an independent structural unit, which conducts its activities according to appropriate instructions and regulations. The Head of Administration appoints and dismisses the Head of the Department and its staff.
The Head of the Department subordinates the Head of Administration and the Head of Financial Department of the Superior Body in compiling accounts.
In case of absence of the Head (mission, vacation, illness) Deputy Head (Senior Specialist) fulfills all rights and obligations. In case of Deputy Head’s absence, one of the specialists implements the work according to the order of the Head of Administration.
If necessary, superior body representative attends the reception and transfer of affairs.
